Referral & Assessment Process
Support through our handyperson service is generally provided following a formal referral or assessment from Sunderland Home Improvement Agency.
This process helps ensure that the service reaches individuals most in need of support and that the correct assistance is provided based on personal circumstances and wellbeing needs. If you are an organisation or group interested in working in partnership with CSS to set up your own Handyperson Service, please email
info@csshelp.org.uk to discuss.
Alternative Paid Handyperson Services
If you are unable to access the referral-based support service, assistance may still be available through our partner service, SCFS (Contracts) Ltd, which offers trusted handyperson and property maintenance services open to the wider public
